    - Great for cooking, baking, and as a table condiment.
    - Enhances the flavor of any food it is used with, without overpowering the food.
    - A few use suggestions:
    - Make your own Sandwich Spread with Duke's Mayo, some cut and sifted dried herbs, garlic powder, a squeeze of lemon juice, black pepper, and a bit of orange marmalade or apricot preserves for a touch of fruity sweetness.
    - Make your own salad dressing. Photo of cucumber and strawberry salad made with a Duke's Mayo Dressing attached.
    - Add a teaspoon to your no cook homemade pizza sauce (photo attached). The bit of fat from the Duke's Mayo helps create a moisture barrier on your pizza crust to that the crust does not become soggy from the sauce's tomato water.

    Others have waxed eloquent about the virtues and charm of this marvelous condiment, so I will not belabor that point other than stating definitively that Dukes is best mayonnaise on the market. I would rather extoll the brilliance of the 8oz dispenser pouch. First of all, this IS a resealable, multi-use pouch with a hard plastic dispenser spout in the corner that has an integral cap that seals it right up after every use, so no cutting of the pouch is necessary until the very end in order get that last desperate drop out. The seal on the cap is easily peeled off to open it, and then the cap snaps back shut to seal it. Secondly, there is a generous amount of mayonnaise in this pouch, enough for multiple servings even for a mayo-hedonist like myself who tends to drown his food in it. And lastly, this is simply a superior way to store mayonnaise than a jar, which will always leave a little air in the container that inevitably slowly undermines the freshness of the condiment. This pouch, on the other hand, once used and sealed, is almost completely trapped-air-free, so the last squeeze from the pouch is as fresh and flavorful and exciting as the very first. And what is more, no spreading knife is needed! This is the future of mayonnaise packaging- Today!
